SFTV Week 2: ‘Sleepy Hollow’ nabs early renewal

SFTV Week 2: ‘Sleepy Hollow’ nabs early renewal

CBS’s Person of Interest continues to dominate the No. 1 spot in genre TV ratings for sheer number of viewers for the second week of the 2013-2014 television season.

Although Agents of SHIELD‘s overall viewer numbers fell in it second week (the first week was artificially propped up by advanced media hype) – it still turned in the best numbers for any genre show in the key 18-49-year-old demographic that advertisers and commercial networks love.

Meanwhile, the big news is that  Sleepy Hollow not only got a full season order, the show – FOX’s highest-rated non-sports program so far this year – was renewed for a 22-episode second season this week.
